Strength in numbers gets results. Even with the support of an ordinary personal trainer it can be hard going to keep motivated to hit your health and fitness goals.

At Proformance we recognise that the best fitness results are achieved when people train in small groups. That doesn’t mean you have to forgo your personalised programme and give up working towards your own individual training targets.

Research has shown that working as part of a like-minded group of active adults has an extremely positive effect on keeping people motivated and engaged. Our members work hard and encourage each other to dig deep and achieve more. Far more rewarding than getting hot and sweaty on your own!

Limiting participants to a maximum of six means the quality of your fitness training session remains high without diluting the coaching input.

Working in small, exclusive groups makes your budget as well as your body work harder. You get a lot more training for the same price as a typical one-to-one personal training session!
